With concealed zipper closure with snap buttons, hood with drawstring, padded, detachable with zipper, chest pockets with flaps and button. Left pocket with foldable badge holder, vertical pocket with zipper closure, phone pocket on left forearm, right pocket with D ring. Sleeves detachable by zip, elastic knit cuffs and waistband with Velcro on the sides; concealed muff pockets with zipper closure with three inner pockets and phone pocket with flap and Velcro. Bottom inner compartment with zipper closure. Blue with yellow inserts, reflective piping and reflective band on the shoulders, sleeves and bottom of the jackets.
